14,662 Pakistani Pilgrims Arrive in Saudi Arabia for Hajj 2025

According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, a total of 14,662 Pakistani pilgrims have arrived in Saudi Arabia so far to perform Hajj 2025. These pilgrims traveled to Saudi Arabia through 69 special flights arranged by the government. Today alone, 11 more flights brought an additional 2,563 pilgrims to the holy city of Madinah.

In this phase of the Hajj journey, around 39,717 Pakistani pilgrims are expected to arrive directly at the Madinah Airport. After spending some time in Madinah, the groups will begin traveling gradually to Makkah, starting from May 7.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has advised all pilgrims to strictly follow the rules and regulations set by the Saudi authorities. Secretary of the Ministry, Dr. Syed Attaur Rehman, especially emphasized the importance of following these guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe pilgrimage experience.

So far, Hajj visas have been issued to 98 percent of the Pakistani applicants. The Ministry has assured that the remaining visa cases are being processed quickly so that all pilgrims can depart on time for their sacred journey.

The government continues to make arrangements to facilitate the pilgrims, ensuring that their travel, stay, and rituals are conducted with ease and in accordance with all necessary guidelines. Pilgrims are reminded to stay updated with instructions from officials and to show patience and cooperation throughout the process.
