20-Year-Old Malaika Noor Wins Historic Silver Medal for Pakistan at Asian Judo Championship

Pakistani judoka Malaika Noor has created history by winning a silver medal at the Amman Asian Open Judo Championship 2025. This is a remarkable achievement, as she has become the first-ever Pakistani woman to win a medal at an Asian-level judo competition.

Malaika, who is only 20 years old, competed in the 52kg weight category. She impressed everyone with her outstanding skills and determination throughout the tournament. In the semi-final, she defeated Jordan’s Raneem Aljazazi with a commanding performance that secured her place in the final.
