50 Muslim Nations to Gather in Qatar After Isr@eli Str!ke on Emergency Arab-Islamic Summit

Qatar is hosting an emergency Arab-Islamic summit today, bringing together leaders from more than 50 Muslim countries under the banner of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

The urgent gathering was called after Isr@el launched an unprecedent airstrike on Hamas negotiators in Doha, an incident that has raised deep concerns across the Muslim world.

The summit is being seen as a crucial moment for unity, with leaders expected to stand firmly with Qatar and renew their calls for Palestinian statehood. Among those attending are Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, and Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is also scheduled to join the discussions, highlighting the importance of this meeting for the wider region.

Officials say the summit aims to send a strong political message on solidarity with the Palestinian people, while also pressing for immediate steps to end the cycle of violence in Gaza and the West Bank.

The talks will also look at ways Muslim nations can increase diplomatic and humanitarian support, as well as strengthen their stance on international platforms.

By bringing together voices from across the Muslim world, Qatar hopes the summit will pave the way for stronger cooperation and a united push for peace, justice, and recognition of Palestinian rights.
