As per the official source, the announcement of federal government for permitting schools to resume from 1st March for five-day of regular classes was made; however, the government of Sindh has also announced that it will stick to the rule of 50% of student attendance.
Mr. Saeed Ghani, the Sindh Education Minister also said that “This rule will be enforced till the Coronavirus Pandemic gets completely eradicated”, he addressed this in a press conference held at Karachi,
However, he further encourages the private schools to even continue while ensuring that the students maintained the social distancing and following the SOPs.
The provincial education minister also said that the pandemic has not over yet only the cases have been decreased; but coming back to living with the coronavirus fact is also significant.
