According to the authorities, eight government school teachers died in separate events in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Parachinar area.
According to the police, unidentified individuals shot and killed a teacher on Shlozan Road while another seven teachers were killed at Tarimangal High School’s staff room.
Mir Hussain, Jawad Hussain, Naveed Hussain, Jawad Ali, Muhammad Ali, and Ali Hasnain were the names of the deceased instructors. At Tarimangal High School, the teachers from the Toori Bangash tribe were conducting exams.
According to the authorities, following the event, transportation routes throughout the district were shut down out of an abundance of caution, and an emergency was also declared in hospitals.
All of the deceased teachers, according to authorities, were assigned to exam duty.
The matriculation exams, scheduled to begin on April 28 in Parachinar by the Kohat Board, have been postponed, according to the local education board.
President Arif Alvi hoped that the murderers would be apprehended quickly and denounced the assassination of teachers.
He issued a statement, saying, “The attack on teachers by the enemies of knowledge is condemnable,” and he prayed for the victims.
Sajid Hussain Turi, a federal minister, denounced the massacre of innocent people.
