According to the reports regarding Pakistan Citizens Portal, the National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) has recently received over 4,654 complaints on various issues regarding the traffic management; however, 4476 complaints have already been rectified till now.
As per the press release, 97% of the total complaints have been resolved that were registration on the portal.
Almost all the issues that were highlighted in the launched complaints were properly handled; however, all the necessary measures were taken regarding the issues in order to provide the best possible solutions to it.
Moreover, around 50% complainants received a positive feedback on measures that were taken on highest priority by the police forces in Pakistan.
