On Monday, Pakistani gold prices dropped in tandem with a downturn in the global rate. After losing Rs1,900 during the day, the gold price in the local market was Rs216,100 per tola.
The All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) shared rates that show that the 10-gram gold was sold for Rs185,271, down Rs1,629 from the original price.
Silver prices, meanwhile, stayed steady at Rs 2,660 per tola.
