The University of Sufism and Modern Sciences (USM) has announced new job vacancies for the year 2024. The announcement was made on April 1, 2024, and was published in the Nishan-e-Dan newspaper.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must hold one of the following degrees to be eligible to apply:
- Bachelor’s
- Master’s
- M.Phil
- MS
- Ph.D.
The deadline for submitting applications for these positions at the University of Sufism and Modern Sciences is April 20, 2024.
How to Apply:
Candidates can download the application form from the university’s website or obtain it from the Registrar’s office. The application form must be accompanied by a Demand Draft/Pay Order of PKR 5,000/- as a processing fee payable to the University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhakkar.
The completed application form should reach the university by April 20, 2024, at the latest.
Required Documents:
Candidates applying for the positions of Professor and Associate Professor should submit five copies of their applications.
For Assistant Professor and non-teaching positions, candidates should submit one copy of their bio-data/CV along with attested copies of degrees, certificates, one photograph, and verified copies of research publications. All documents should be properly bound.
Age Limit:
Candidates serving in government/semi-government and autonomous institutions should apply through proper channels. The maximum age limit for all non-teaching positions is 45 years, leaving out post number 01.
For the positions of Professor and Associate Professor, the maximum age limit is 55 years, and for the position of Assistant Professor, it is 45 years.
Selection Process:
Eligibility and experience will be considered, and applications will be scrutinized according to the last date for submission.
Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application forms with the required documents for each post.
Important Note:
Incomplete applications, applications without educational, professional, and experience certificates, processing fees, etc., or applications received after the specified date will not be considered. The envelope containing the application should be clearly marked with the post applied for.
