The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) is an independent regulatory organization established under the PHC Act 2010. The commission’s goal is to create a culture of quality assurance in healthcare services by developing and enforcing minimum service delivery standards across healthcare facilities at the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels in both the public and private sectors of Punjab.
The PHC is now inviting applications for several job positions at its Project Management Unit. These positions are being offered on a contract basis.
Job Positions Available:
1. Deputy Director (PMU) – Lahore
- Qualifications: MBBS/BDS with a Master’s degree in Public Health/Management or 18 years of education in Pharmacy, Bio Medical Engineering, Medical Lab Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience.
2. Managers (PMU) – Lahore
- Qualifications: MBBS/BDS or 16 years of education in Tibb, Homoeopathic, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience.
3. Field Officers – All Divisional Headquarters in Punjab
- This role will focus on managing field operations across different regions.
4. Officers (PMU) – Lahore
- Qualifications: At least 16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, Pharmacy, Statistics, Tibb, Homoeopathic, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience.

- Application Process: Interested applicants can apply online through the PHC website. They must also download a challan form to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 as instructed.
- Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted online by April 28, 2024, with a scanned copy of the paid challan form.
- Internal/Government Employees: Applicants who are already employed in government or semi-government roles must apply with a fresh NOC from the relevant department.
- PHC reserves the right to reject any application and may adjust the number of positions as needed.
