Sindh Police Management Announces Job Vacancies in Pakistan

Available Positions and Requirements

  1. Senior Trainer (Ex-Armed Forces)
  • Number of Posts: 5
  • Minimum Qualification: Retired Commissioned Officers from Army, Navy, or Air Force
  • Experience: Preference for candidates with SSG experience or those who have worked as trainers in tactical training facilities.
  • Remuneration: Rs 250,000 per month
  1. Instructor (Civilian)
  • Number of Posts: 5
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Higher qualification preferred)
  • Experience: Candidates with relevant field experience as mentioned in para-1.
  • Remuneration: Rs 250,000 per month
  1. Medical Officer
  • Number of Posts: 3
  • Minimum Qualification: MBBS with PMDC registration
  • Experience: 3 years as a Medical Officer, preference for experienced and qualified professionals
  • Remuneration: Rs 150,000 per month
  1. Junior Trainer (Ex-Armed Forces)
  • Number of Posts: 12
  • Minimum Qualification: Retired NCOs & JCOs from Army, Navy, or Air Force
  • Experience: Preference for candidates with SSG experience or those who have worked as trainers in tactical training facilities.
  • Remuneration: Rs 150,000 per month

Terms and Conditions

  1. Skills and Expertise: Candidates proficient in Judo, Karate, Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Boxing, Driving Skills, Tactics, Weapon Handling, Physical Training, English Language, Etiquette, Leadership, Swimming, Bomb Disposal, Religious Education, IT Law, Drill, and Discipline will be given preference.
  2. Contract Tenure: Initial contract duration is one year, with potential for renewal up to three years based on satisfactory performance.
  3. Background and Qualifications: Senior Trainers should have extensive military training experience and relevant certifications. All candidates must possess the appropriate qualifications and experience in their respective fields.
  4. Performance and Conduct: Performance will be regularly assessed, and adherence to the organization’s code of conduct is mandatory. Any violations may result in disciplinary actions, including contract termination.
  5. Remuneration and Benefits: Salaries are fixed as per organizational policies. All selected candidates will receive medical reimbursement and other benefits akin to permanent employees.

  8. Additional Provisions: Accommodation may be provided for trainers required to reside at training centers. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
