Pakistan to Offer Free Visas to Chinese Citizens

Starting after August 14, Pakistan will begin offering free visas to Chinese citizens, according to an announcement by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. This decision was made during a meeting with a 12-member Chinese delegation led by Wang Fukan, which included several high-ranking officials and ambassadors.

The meeting aimed to improve cooperation and collaboration between Pakistan and China. During the discussion, Prime Minister Sharif assured the delegation that security measures for Chinese citizens in Pakistan would be strengthened.

He also expressed his hope that this new visa policy would attract more Chinese investment into the country.

Wang Fukan emphasized the potential for enhancing the relationship between Pakistan and China through increased technical cooperation. He noted that this could lead to more opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefits for both nations.
