Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs has introduced the “Pak Hajj 2025” mobile app to assist pilgrims preparing for the upcoming Hajj. This app is designed to provide essential information and simplify the Hajj process for Pakistani pilgrims.
Key features of the app include updates on flight schedules, Hajj training sessions, and maps of important locations in Makkah and Madinah. These tools aim to ensure a smoother and more organized experience for all intending pilgrims.
For 2025, Saudi Arabia has allocated 179,210 spots for Pakistani pilgrims. To make the process more convenient, the government has introduced an installment payment option for Hajj dues.
Applicants are required to pay an initial installment of Rs200,000 ($717) when submitting their application. The second installment of Rs400,000 ($1,435) must be paid within ten days of the ballot results.
This initiative marks a significant step toward making Hajj more accessible and manageable, especially for those who may face financial challenges. The app ensures that pilgrims stay informed and well-prepared, from the start of their application process to their journey in Saudi Arabia.
With this new app and payment flexibility, Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs aims to enhance the overall pilgrimage experience, ensuring better organization, transparency, and accessibility for all pilgrims.
This innovative approach reflects the government’s commitment to supporting its citizens in fulfilling their spiritual journey.
