IHRA is looking for motivated individuals to evaluate healthcare establishments based on the Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS). These assessors will be engaged on a need basis, working under approved terms and conditions. The roles are open across multiple disciplines, ensuring a diverse team of specialists.
Categories and Requirements
- Clinical Specialist
- Education: MBBS/BDS with FCPS or equivalent.
- Experience: 8 years post-qualification.
- Registration: Valid PMDC registration.
- Homeopathic Physician
- Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Homeopathy (BHMS/DHMS).
- Experience: 8 years post-qualification.
- Registration: Registered with the National Council for Homeopathy.
- Tibb Practitioner (Tabeeb)
- Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Tibb (BEMS/FTJ).
- Experience: 8 years post-qualification.
- Registration: Registered with the National Council for Tibb.
- Nurse
- Education: BS Nursing/Post RN or higher degree.
- Experience: 8 years post-qualification in a hospital setting.
- Pharmacist
- Education: B-Pharmacy/Pharm-D.
- Experience: 8 years post-qualification, preferably in a hospital.
- Electro-Medical Engineer
- Education: BSc in Electro-Medical, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Bio-Medical Engineering.
- Experience: 8 years in managing medical or hospital equipment.
- Laboratory Technologist
- Education: BS in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
- Experience: 8 years post-qualification.
- Physiotherapist/Speech Therapist
- Education: DPT/MS (Speech-Language Pathology).
- Experience: 8 years post-qualification.
Key Details and Terms
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a passion for improving healthcare standards.
- Selected assessors will undergo training on MSDS standards before starting their roles.
- Applications will remain open year-round, but for the initial phase, submissions are due within 15 days of the advertisement.
- Selected candidates will serve on the IHRA panel for one year, extendable based on approval.
- No retainership fee will be provided, and engagements will be on an as-needed basis.
