About the Karachi Red Line BRT Project
The Karachi Red Line BRT is a transformative transport project designed to modernize the city’s public transit system. Available Positions and Responsibilities
General Manager, Infrastructure & Planning
- Responsibilities: Lead civil works, manage contractor relationships, and ensure project quality, health, and safety.
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Civil/Transport Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in infrastructure projects, with 5 years in senior management roles.
- Preferred Skills: Expertise in FIDIC contract administration and experience with international financing institutions.
Legal Specialist
- Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on corporate and project matters, draft and negotiate contracts.
- Qualifications: LLM in Corporate or Commercial Law (HEC-recognized).
- Experience: At least 5 years in legal advisory, with managerial expertise.
Finance Manager
- Responsibilities: Oversee financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with policies.
- Qualifications: Certifications like CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA (active membership required).
- Experience: 7+ years in financial management, including 5 years in managerial roles within infrastructure sectors.
Deputy Manager Accounts (4 Positions)
- Responsibilities: Handle accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and tax filings.
- Qualifications: CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent (part-qualified candidates with experience may apply).
- Experience: 5+ years in accounting or finance, with 2 years in a similar role. Public-sector experience is preferred.
Assistant Manager Project Planning
- Responsibilities: Expertise in project planning, risk assessment, scheduling, and budget management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (HEC-recognized). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years in project planning, with 3 years of on-site construction experience. Experience with international donor agencies is preferred.
