Eligibility Criteria
The organization is seeking a skilled legal professional who meets the following qualifications and experience requirements:
- Education:
- LLB or LLM from an HEC-recognized university or a reputed foreign university.
- Alternatively, candidates with a Barrister-at-Law qualification are also eligible.
- Experience:
- At least seven years of experience in legal research, advisory services, litigation, and drafting of legal documents in the public or private sector.
- Professional Credentials:
- Understanding of Pakistan’s regulatory framework.
- Expertise in legislative drafting, including rules and regulations.
- Strong commitment to professionalism, discipline, and integrity.
- Exceptional written and oral communication, research, interpretation, and representation skills.
- Leadership and teamwork capabilities.
- A valid High Court license.
Key Responsibilities
The Legal Advisor will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including:
- Providing legal and regulatory advice on organizational matters.
- Drafting and reviewing rules, regulations, and other legal instruments.
- Supporting in-house adjudication processes.
- Representing the organization in judicial forums, such as High Courts.
- Writing opinions on complex corporate legal issues.
Age Limit and Relaxation
Applicants must fall within the age bracket of 30 to 45 years. A general age relaxation of five years in the upper limit is permissible under government rules.
