The Government of Pakistan has announced a large number of teaching positions in the federal school education sector, offering an excellent career opportunity for eligible candidates. The openings are for Elementary School Teacher posts in BPS-14, with applications now being accepted online.
A total of 257 vacancies are available, including 212 for male candidates and 45 for female applicants. Pakistani nationals meeting the required educational qualifications, age, and quota criteria are encouraged to apply. These permanent positions are based in Federal Government Educational Institutions within cantonments and garrisons.
Application Process
Candidates can apply online by visiting the official portal at https://induction.fgei.gov.pk/. Applications must include all required documents uploaded before submission. No physical copies will be entertained.
After application scrutiny, shortlisted candidates will be invited to take a written test, which will be conducted in Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, and Quetta cantonments. Details about the test venue, date, and time will be shared through candidates’ online accounts, from where they can also download their roll number slips.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree (Grade ‘C’ or higher) recognized by HEC. The age limit is 18-30 years, including a 5-year general relaxation. Additional age relaxation may apply as per government rules.
Selection Process
Candidates who pass the written test will be invited for an interview. Original documents will be required during the interview, and government employees must present a No Objection Certificate.
