NBP is seeking candidates for the following IT-related roles:

1. Senior Network Engineer – LAN Operations (AVP/VP)

Reporting to: Unit Head – LAN Operations

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution. A Master’s degree and relevant certifications will be preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT networking, including at least 3 years in network security, preferably in the banking sector.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in SDN concepts, ACI, OpenFlow, and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, VLANs, routing, and security assessment tools.
  • Experience in configuring and managing LAN switching, security measures, and troubleshooting network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and managing the switching network infrastructure across Pakistan.
  • Implementing security measures and troubleshooting network-related issues.
  • Ensuring network performance optimization and collaborating with teams for improvements.

2. Senior Technical Analyst – Core Banking Application (CBA) (OG-I/AVP)

Reporting to: Unit Head – CBA Technology

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. A Master’s degree and relevant certifications will be preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in Core Banking Solutions or FIS Profile Core Banking.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of core banking system implementations and technical analysis.
  • Experience with database technologies such as Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with VMware technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth implementation and maintenance of Core Banking Systems.
  • Identifying and mitigating technical risks related to banking applications.
  • Collaborating with vendors and IT teams for system enhancements and upgrades.

3. Team Lead – CRM System (OG-II/OG-I)

Reporting to: Unit Head – Call Center & CRM

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. A Master’s degree and relevant certifications will be preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, CRM, or middleware applications, preferably in a banking environment.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of call center technology, middleware, and CRM applications.
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, security protocols, and digital banking channels.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining the bank’s CRM system.
  • Integrating call center systems with business applications.
  • Ensuring compliance with security and data protection regulations.

Recruitment Process and Employment Terms

  • Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests and interviews.
  • Contract Duration: The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
