Pakistan Among Nations Granted Access to China’s Chang’e-5 Moon Samples

Scientists from France, Germany, Japan, Pakistan, the UK, and the U.S. have just been granted access to lunar samples brought back by China’s Chang’e-5 mission! 🛰

In a major step for global space collaboration, seven leading research institutions — including Brown University, Osaka University, SUPARCO, and more — will study the precious moon dust collected in 2020.

The China National Space Administration (CNSA) emphasized its commitment to open, peaceful, and mutually beneficial space exploration, and says more international applications are welcome.
