NADRA is getting ready to roll out a new appointment booking feature through its Pak ID mobile app. This new option will let people easily book visits to 43 selected NADRA centers during the first phase of the launch.
The main goal of this update is to reduce long lines and help manage crowds better at NADRA Registration Centers across the country. Although NADRA has not yet given a final launch date, they have announced that the new feature will be available “very soon.”
Right now, the Pak ID app already offers several helpful services. People can apply for their CNIC or NICOP, do biometric verification, upload documents, and pay fees online through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or e-Sahulat.
Adding the appointment booking feature will make it even more convenient for citizens to get their tasks done without wasting time standing in long queues. It will also help the staff manage visitors in a more organized way.
With this step, NADRA is trying to make its services more modern and user-friendly. The app aims to bring most NADRA services to people’s fingertips, saving them time and effort.
