Nashra Ishaq, CEO of tech firm Extravis, has launched Future Decoded with Nashra, a podcast series exploring artificial intelligence, innovation, and the evolving future of business. The initiative aims to make AI more understandable and accessible for professionals, students, and entrepreneurs across globally.
Each episode of Future Decoded features insightful discussions and expert interviews that highlight real-world applications of AI in industries like healthcare, finance, cybersecurity, education, and telecom. Known for her leadership in automation and cloud-based solutions, Nashra has led the development of products like MonetX, GreenX, and SupportX under the Extravis banner. But her impact goes beyond business. As one of the few women leading AI efforts in Pakistan, she’s long been committed to mentoring, training, and building inclusive tech communities.
Now, she’s taking her mission a step further by launching Pakistan’s first online AI university. The university will offer certified 6-, 12-, and 24-month programs, combining flexible e-learning with hands-on project experience. Courses will cover key AI applications in telecom, healthcare, cybersecurity, banking, and business management.
The university is designed with accessibility in mind. Nashra’s vision is to provide high-quality, affordable AI education that empowers local talent and removes barriers for those who can’t attend traditional institutions. The online remote model will allow students and professionals to learn at their own pace while connecting with experienced instructors from the field.
By creating a learning ecosystem around AI, Nashra hopes to prepare the next generation of innovators and strengthen Pakistan’s position in the global tech space. Her dual initiatives — the Future Decoded podcast and the AI university — reflect a future-focused approach grounded in practical, inclusive solutions.
