Dawn Bread Expands Its Pantry Line with Bread Crumbs in Two Styles

Two Variants for Different Needs
The new line comes in two distinct styles. Classic Bread Crumbs have a fine texture that works well for coating cutlets, kebabs, nuggets and also for binding patties, meatballs or kebabs. On the other hand, Panko Crumbs are larger, lighter and flakier. They create a crispier bite which makes them suitable for fried shrimp, chicken, katsu, casseroles, au gratin toppings and tempura-style recipes. Mouth-watering, isn’t it?

Packaging and Labelling
Both variants are available in regular packs of 250g and 500g. The packs carry clear nutrition facts, a QR code for more details and a consumer helpline for customer support. Each pack is Halal certified by SANHA Pakistan.
To ensure safety for all users, allergen information is printed on the packaging which mentions that the crumbs contain gluten and soy.
