In an exclusive conversation with PakWheels, Danial Malik, CEO Master Changan Motors, laid out a powerful vision for the future of mobility in Pakistan. He described Master Changan’s evolution into a house of brands, designed to serve every consumer segment — from A-segment hatchbacks to E-segment SUVs — reinforcing the philosophy of offering “One for Everyone.” At the heart of this strategy is Changan, the brand built for the masses, which will introduce three new models in the coming years across all powertrains (ICE, HEV, and PHEV), ensuring customers have meaningful choices aligned with affordability, usage needs, and Pakistan’s evolving infrastructure.
On the premium-electric side, Deepal continues to push the frontier of intelligent mobility. The newly introduced Deepal S05 — Pakistan’s first CKD REEV — delivers over 1,000 km of total range, converting EV “range anxiety” into true Range Confidence. Deepal’s lineup will expand further with the E07, Hunter K50, and two additional BEV and REEV models next year.
Further elevating the portfolio, Malik confirmed the upcoming debut of Avatr, Changan’s futuristic ultra-premium NEV brand. With three new models planned, Avatr aims to bring advanced electric luxury to customers seeking a more sophisticated driving experience.
Altogether, these three brands will introduce 11 new models to Pakistan in the next two years — each expanding choice, uplifting expectations, and making advanced mobility more accessible for every kind of customer.
Reflecting on this strategy, Malik said:
“We want every Pakistani to feel seen — no matter their budget, lifestyle, or need. Choice is power, and our mission is to put that power in the hands of our customers.” To watch the full conversation and explore these insights in detail, see the complete PakWheels podcast here:
