Trump Warns Iran Not To Retaliate Or Face ‘A Force That Has Never Been Seen Before’

Former U.S. President Donald Trump warned Iran on Sunday that any attempt by Tehran to retaliate for recent U.S. and Israeli military strikes would be met with “a force that has never been seen before.” Trump made the statement on his social media platform amid rising tensions in the Middle East.

Trump’s warning came after Iran’s leaders signalled they might launch strong counter‑strikes following the confirmed death of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in a joint military strike by U.S. and Israeli forces.

Trump said on Truth Social that Iran had threatened to hit back “very hard,” and he cautioned that such actions would bring a military response of unprecedented strength from the United States.

In his message, Trump used strong language to urge Iran not to escalate the conflict further. He wrote that if Iran carried out its planned retaliation, the United States “will hit them with a force that has never been seen before.”

This reflects the seriousness with which Washington views any further attacks against American interests or allied forces.

Iran’s parliamentary speaker, Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, responded angrily to U.S. and Israeli actions, describing them as a crossing of “a red line” and promising that Tehran would deliver “devastating blows” in return. This public exchange of threats has increased fears of wider conflict across the region.

The situation remains highly unstable. U.S. and Iranian forces have already engaged in indirect clashes, including reported attacks on military bases and strikes in Gulf cities.

Many world leaders and international organisations are calling for calm and diplomatic talks to prevent a broader war.
