A high-level Pakistani delegation, led by Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir, has arrived in Tehran, Iran.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the delegation reached the Iranian capital on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and other senior civil and military officials are also part of the team.
The visit is part of Pakistan’s continued diplomatic efforts to ease tensions between the United States and Iran. Pakistan has been playing an active role as a mediator since the recent conflict.
