On the request of Prime Minister Imran Khan, Tony Ashai, a Kashmiri architect working in the United States, reveals the idea to transform Daman-e-Koh into a top tourist destination.
The Srinagar-born architect wrote on Twitter that Daman-e-Koh is currently in horrible shape and that its transformation may transform it into a world-class tourist attraction and a Pakistani landmark.
The new plan for Daman-e-Koh, according to Ashai, is simply to construct a tiered garden with food outlets that blend in with the surroundings of Margalla Hills.
In response to people of Islamabad’s concerns, Ashai stated that it is currently merely a concept and nothing more. If the concept becomes a reality, it will be the world’s most environmentally friendly endeavour.
