Chief Traffic Police officer, Abbas Majeed Khan Marwat said the traffic police will facilitate all minorities in Pakistan and solve the issues they face every day. He said the Sikh Community is not needed to wear Helmet while riding a motorbike.
He made this announcement on Tuesday when a Sikh community member and Awaaz District Forum called on him in his office about the issue, he sincerely apologized for the ticket issued by a warden to the Sikh community member for not wearing a helmet, the warden and the notification was sent t concerned department for the processing of the notification.
Abbas Majeed Khan Marwat said to Awaaz District Forum members that for facilitating the people for travelling and commuting, the traffic police is trying its best and working hard to make the flow smoother of traffic.
