Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has approved a performance bonus equivalent to one month’s basic salary for its employees in recognition of their hard work and commitment to the national carrier.
The decision was made during a meeting of the airline’s Board of Directors, reflecting the management’s appreciation for the efforts of its workforce.
According to PIA management, the bonus is intended to reward employees for their dedication while boosting morale across the organization.
The initiative comes at a time when the airline is focused on strengthening its operations, improving service quality, expanding and restoring key flight routes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
