White said Google has been investing in Pakistan for more than a decade. He added that the company has contributed more than Rs3.9 trillion to economic activity for Pakistani businesses and households over the past 10 years, while supporting more than 960,000 jobs.
Google has also helped train more than one million Pakistanis through career certificates and programs with schools and teachers. White further announced free one-year Google Gemini subscriptions for students in Pakistan.
The company said it will continue supporting Pakistan’s IT exports through investment in people, local businesses, manufacturing, and digital infrastructure.
