The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has ordered the sealing of the site and management offices of Green Homes/Valley, an alleged illegal housing scheme located on Karor Road in Islamabad’s Zone 4(D).
The action was listed on the CDA’s official public notices on September 9, 2026. The authority described the project as an “illegal scheme” and directed that its site and management offices be sealed.
The move is part of the CDA’s wider action against housing schemes and developments operating without the required approvals in Islamabad. The authority has recently taken similar action against several projects in Zone 4(D), including Al-Amin Garden Phase-I, Itifaq Residencia, Islamabad Villas/Village, Nilore Homes, Rawal Enclave and Islamabad Green Paradise.
CDA regulations require private housing schemes and other developments in the capital to obtain the necessary approvals before starting development or marketing activities.
The authority has repeatedly advised citizens to check the approval status of housing projects before investing. The latest action highlights the risks for buyers dealing with projects that do not have the required legal permissions.
