Karachi, October 1, 2026: JS Bank has been recognised with the Best Digital Experience in Pakistan award at the Asian Experience Awards 2026, organised by Singapore based Asian Business Review.
The recognition acknowledges JS Bank’s digital banking experience across its JS Mobile App, JS Bot on WhatsApp Banking and Zindigi platform. The awards are assessed by an independent panel of industry professionals and recognise customer experience initiatives across Asia.
JS Bank’s digital ecosystem brings together mobile banking, WhatsApp banking and AI enabled services to make everyday banking simpler and more accessible. JS Bot allows customers to access a range of banking services through WhatsApp, while JSense, Pakistan’s first in app AI banking assistant, helps customers navigate banking services through conversational interactions.
The Bank has seen strong adoption of its digital platforms, with customers increasingly using digital channels for everyday banking, card management and other services. The JS Mobile App and Zindigi continue to expand their reach, reflecting growing customer preference for convenient digital banking experiences.
