Bank Alfalah, one of Pakistan’s leading commercial banks, has welcomed 19 outstanding individuals into the Alfa Lead Management Trainee Program 2026. Launched in 2015, the program continues to develop future banking leaders through structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and mentorship from senior leadership.
The Alfa Lead Management Trainee Program 2026 launched its nationwide marketing campaign in February 2026, inviting applications from graduates of universities across Pakistan and abroad. The Program received an exceptional response, with 3,912 registrations for its competency-based gamified assessment—the highest participation recorded in recent years. Following a rigorous and merit-based selection process, 302 candidates were shortlisted for the assessment centers, 100 candidates advanced to panel interviews, and 52 high-potential candidates were shortlisted as finalists. After a rigorous process, 19 candidates were selected and onboarded onto the 2026 Alfa Lead Program, with some of the brightest emerging talent poised to shape the future of banking at Bank Alfalah.
