Islamabad (DC) Hamza Shafqaat made this decision after Rebecca Shahbaz, a 10-year-old girl, stated her desire to become a CSS officer.

During her tenure, Rebecca Shahbaz will tour many markets in the capital city and will have the authority to prosecute anyone who break the law.
