According to a recent report given to Pakistan’s Supreme Court, more than 22,000 key government officials are dual nationals.

The police and bureaucracy employ 11,000 officers. 540 of them are Canadian citizens, 240 are British, and 190 are Americans, as per the report.

Whereas, hundreds of government officials are Australian, New Zealand, Malaysian, Irish, and other nationals.

Further, the report stated that the officials with dual nationality include public workers in grades 17 and up, with six officers in Grade 22 being dual nationals.

Officers with dual nationality serve in the interior division, power division, aviation division, finance division, petroleum, commerce ministry, establishment division, information ministry, railroad, and other departments.
