The Ministry of Information Technology has established a goal of establishing 18 more Software Technology Parks by the end of December 2022, with the goal of providing IT industry enterprises with space, related facilities, and services.
Currently, 22 software technology parks are operational in small cities, and the Ministry of Information Technology has set an aim of increasing the number of technology parks to 40 by December 2022.
He stated that the facility is part of the government’s aim to develop IT zones and software parks, as well as to establish purpose-built software technology parks in the country’s major cities.
He stated that these IT zones, software, and technology parks will aid in the promotion of efficient and cost-effective collaboration, digitalization, R&D entrepreneurship, and innovation.
