A new subject of Quran translation has been decided to include in the curriculum of matric and intermediate by Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
The board would conduct the paper of translation of Holy Quran from the students of ninth and eleventh classes, as per details.
A syllabus for the course and new subject I.e translation of Holy Quran would be prepared by Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board.
Maximum marks would be as 1200 now after including the new subject the translation of the Holy Quran.
However, the results for matriculation will be announcing on August 31 as per the decision made by Punjab education boards.
Whereas, the Punjab board decided to award grades instead of positions while all the students would be proclaim successful, as per the details confirmed by sources.
As per the meeting, the result would be declared online on board’s official website.
