Recently, an announcement made by Chaudhary Pervez Elahi, Punjab Chief Minister to built a 25-storey complex near Gaddafi Stadium. Which would cost $1 billion.
He utilized social media platform to make it public. He tweeted that the price of the new project would be shared between UAE and the Punjab government which includes the former contributing 70pc, whereas, the latter will provide the remaining 30pc.
Further, Punjab CM added that an underground tunnel would built and it would be alloted for the movement of sports players.
He informed further that the construction of the modern project would make it easier to have all the cricket match in Lahore instead of Dubai.
