Prices of properties that are on almost the doubled areas having all basic facilities like uninterrupted electricity, water and gas supply are in high demand and are available at high cost.
After the lifting of lockdown that was due to coronavirus pandemic; the property prices has risen from 50 to 100 percent.
Areas of the city where buying and selling of property are on the rise include the Northern Bypass, Shah Latif Township, Scheme 33, Surjani Town, Jinnah Avenue Road, and Malir.
