Pakistan cricket fans gear up for the nail biting final today T20 Asia Cup 2022 against Sri Lanka. All-rounder Shadab Khan stated that they aim to win which would help them for next month’s T20 World Cup in Australia.
The vice-captain said in an interview that Pakistan team aims to win in order to bring back the smile on the faces of flood affectees.
He further said, “Since we’re away from our beloved homeland, watching the devastating calamity from afar makes it even more painful for us,”
Shadab said that Pakistan is a great team but they need to win this tournament in order to become a championship.
Khan informed further that great teams handle the pressure well and this is all they aim for final. Winning against Sri Lanka and winning an Asia Cup title is the actual thing for them.
He complemented and praised Babar Azam that he has a “never give up” attitude in his veins.
