More than 2 crore rupees has been stolen from the cash room, even the police stations of Karachi are not safe now.
In the warehouse of Artillery Maidan police station, 2 crore 7 lakh 75 thousand of the case property were kept there.
In February, the police has arrested 6 suspects of the incident and traced the money. 3.5 crores on 2 February had been plundered from a goldsmith on Dawood Puta Road in Karachi.
However, the investigation have been started that how money of more than 2 crores was stolen from police station.
SSP South Asad Raza said that police station head Muharr Abdullah, investigating officer Mehmood and duty guard are being interrogated, a case of criminal negligence is being registered against the three officials.
