Earlier Finance Minister said Pakistan is ready to buy Oil from Russia at the same rate as India.
He further said he informed the US about buying Oil from Russia and US has no Objection.
Ishaq Dar said,” If India can buy oil from Russia, then we also have the right to buy oil from Russia.”
He was hopeful that Pakistan will come out of Gray List.
