Recently, Binghatti announced a project to embellish the world’s tallest residential structure in Dubai – Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences.
The UAE developer, has an expenditure portfolio of around Dh7 billion, stated it would be a new era in uber-luxury living by introducing ultra-luxury Dubai skyscraper in cooperation with Jacob & Co.
However, no timeline is confirmed yet for the completing the project.
As per Binghatti statement, “This unparalleled skyscraper aims to set a record as one of the tallest residential constructions in the world.”
In a great upward hurtle, the developer stated ultra-luxury skyscraper would stand affluent in the heart of Dubai’s most prestigious financial district, Business Bay.
However, the presented design consist of more than 100 stories that would comprises of lavish two and three bedroom residences.
