PM, Imran Khan has recently said that the government of Pakistan has introduced a “Pakistan Single Window Act 2021” that is a landmark reform that is directed to enhance and ease the imports and exports of the systems in Pakistan.
Imran Khan said via Twitter Platform that Pakistan Single Window Act will surely bring about 500 million dollars as an annual saving and it will surely also reduce the time of cargo clearance from days to the hours by integrating about 75 regulatory departments consisting of banks, customs, port authorities, brokers and shipping companies.
However, the Pakistan Single Window will also be managed by a government separate committee who will ensure the enhancement of the task of transit as well as the trade of Pakistan.
