The Pakistani government has decided to train one million people in artificial intelligence.
According to private TV Sama News, the Ministry of IT has prepared a draught of the Artificial Intelligence Policy, and a separate fund for artificial intelligence and related technologies will be established. The telecom industry will contribute 30% of annual funding for artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence will be integrated into primary, secondary, and postsecondary education.
Agriculture, health, education, and industry will all be trained, as will all other sectors of the country’s economy. For this purpose, artificial intelligence centers will be established in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta.
