Luxury car brand Bugatti and Dubai-based realtor Binghatti are joining forces to create a tall building with luxurious residences in Dubai. The 42-story building will cater to wealthy individuals from all over the world.
Bugatti, known for making high-end cars since 1909, is collaborating with Binghatti, a real estate company known for its modern architectural designs. The Bugatti Residences will consist of 171 mansions and 11 penthouses, each with unique interior designs and architectural layouts.
The residences will offer exclusive amenities such as a beach inspired by the Riviera, a private pool, a jacuzzi spa, a fitness club, a chef’s table, private valet service, and a private members club.
One of the most exciting features of the building is the inclusion of two car lifts that go from the garage to the penthouses. This allows residents to bring their vehicles up to their apartments and park them there. This concept has been seen before in 2013 when Porsche introduced a similar feature in the Porsche Design Tower in Miami.
