When formulating the upcoming annual budget, Prime Minister Imran Khan instructed his economic team to place a special emphasis on growth projects and initiatives to control inflation.
The prime minister said that, in addition to ensuring the completion of existing development projects, new projects should be planned in line with public needs, while chairing a meeting to address the next annual budget and national economy.
The prime minister also requested budget recommendations from the party’s senior leadership.
The national economy, inflation policy, and development projects for the coming fiscal year were also discussed in depth at the meeting.
