The District Administration Mansehra opened the Kaghan Highway to Babusar Top for light traffic after a six-month-long closure.
DC Mansehra says that there is a risk of avalanches and landslides in the current weather conditions, after the road is completely cleared, all types of traffic will be restored.
The district administration says tourists and locals should avoid babusar top travel for the time being. Babusar Top Road was closed for traffic due to snowfall in October last year.
