Google’s Doodle featured Pakistani flag reminding the nation about Pakistan National Elections 2023. Many people might have forgotten about the elections which are scheduled to happen this year, but Google’ doodle is here as a reminder.
The doodle featured a ballot box with Pakistan flag which showed ‘Pakistan National Elections 2023’ if hovered on it. General Elections happened earlier in 2018 when the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf came in to power by wining 149 / 342 seats. Imran Khan was then ousted from the position of Prime Minister through non-confidence voting by the opposition in April 2022.
The general elections have to take place within 60 days after the tenure of the current National Assembly ends. The expected date happens to be 13th August.
