Pakistan’s second Free Trade Agreement (FTA–II) with China would allow it to increase its exports to China by $4 to $6 billion over the next three years.
Vice President of the Pakistan Businesses Forum (PBF), Ahmad Jawad, told the media in Beijing that the FTA-II has enabled Pakistan to export more than 1,000 items to China duty-free. Over the next three years, Pakistan’s second Free Trade Agreement (FTA–II) with China would enable it to increase its exports to China by $4 to $6 billion.
According to Ahmad Jawad, Vice President of the Pakistan Businesses Forum (PBF), the FTA-II has enabled Pakistan to export more than 1,000 products to China duty-free.
Similarly, Pakistan has received China’s approval for meat export after a private sector company developed a heat treatment facility to extract virus from export consignments, if any exist.
