Director of Data Governance:

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a data governance strategy by establishing guidelines, regulations, core values, methodologies, and resources to efficiently oversee data within the organization.
  • Drive data governance endeavors throughout the organization by taking the lead and ensuring the successful implementation of data management standards, policies, and practices.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse data stakeholders, such as data scientists, engineers, and data privacy officers, to cultivate a culture that prioritizes data and promotes its central role within the organization.

Requirements and Qualification:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required. Having a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in and familiarity with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in Saudi Arabia, as well as other international data protection laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Extensive experience in data management and data governance, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of data governance principles and the associated difficulties in managing enterprise information assets.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a preference for native Arabic speakers who are also fluent in English.

Agency producer:

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in adhering to and implementing a robust and dependable process that facilitates the agency in producing creative outputs for various clients and brands efficiently.
  • Responsible for identifying and engaging partners, companies, and suppliers for project collaborations, including directors, overseeing treatments, casting agents, actors, artists, locations, animators, and others.
  • Skillfully managing all external relationships throughout the production process to foster effective collaboration and deliver high-quality video content that aligns with the project requirements.
  • Actively participating in initiatives aimed at strengthening client relationships, supporting their success, and enhancing the overall creative output generated by the agency.

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the film or advertising industry, demonstrating the ability to acquire new knowledge and advance skills.
  • Extensive network and connections within the industry, including partnerships, companies, and suppliers, enabling effective collaboration on projects. Familiarity with directors, overseeing treatments, casting agents, actors, artists, locations, animators, and other relevant stakeholders

Designer:

Qualification:

  • Collaborating closely with Senior Designers and Design leads to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs across all project stages.
  • Collaborating with UX designers to integrate design and user experience elements effectively.
  • Creating logos and corporate image identities along with their corresponding guidelines.
  • Demonstrating expertise in typography and the ability to create customized typography in both English and Arabic.
  • Excelling in the development of visually captivating graphic concepts.
  • Collaborating with the production department and providing support until final approval of all print-related work.
  • Demonstrating a constructive approach to teamwork and effectively working with assigned teams.

Creative Director:

Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic creative direction and guidance to the design team throughout all project phases, from initial concept development to final execution.
  • Take the lead in creating and implementing outstanding UI and UX designs that align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Foster close collaboration with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business goals, target audience, and user requirements, enabling the creation of innovative and user-centric design solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive research, analyze market trends, and remain updated with the latest advancements in UI/UX design and technology.
  • Inspire and mentor the design team, cultivating a collaborative and creative environment that promotes growth, innovation, and continuous enhancement.

Qualification:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or a similar position, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Expertise in utilizing industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, In Vision, and Figma.
  • Thorough understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on UI/UX design.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse group of designers.

Senior content manager:

Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and execute media strategies: Formulate and implement cutting-edge media plans and strategies that are aligned with client objectives, effectively targeting the desired audiences in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Client relationship management: Serve as the main liaison for key clients, establishing and nurturing strong partnerships, comprehending their business objectives, and delivering strategic media recommendations.
