After the recent long weekend celebrating the Islamic New Year, UAE residents eagerly await the next set of holidays.
The upcoming public holiday on September 29 will honor the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). With this holiday preceding a regular weekend, residents will enjoy an extended long weekend.
Towards the end of the year, two more holidays are scheduled for December 2 and 3, coinciding with the UAE’s National Day. Although falling on the weekend, residents can still participate in special events and benefit from discounts.
For travel enthusiasts planning ahead, a 9-day break for Eid Al Fitr is predicted in the first half of 2024. Tentatively set for April 10, 2024, the final date depends on moon sighting and official announcements.
